Dr. Hoyle has practiced in Orange County for over 20 years. He is the first physician in Orange County to perform an endovenous laser closure using the Dornier 940 nm laser. In 2010 Dr Hoyle was the first doctor in Southern california to use the new Thermalite 1470 laser.

The Thermalite 1470 laser produces a higher wavelength than previous vein lasers, which can effectively close a vein with only 1/3 of the energy required by earlier endovenous lasers.

The lower energy of the laser results in virtually no bruising. Post procedure discomfort is very minimal and the vast majority of patients can resume normal activities the next day. The procedure is done in the office with local anesthetic and patients can drive themselves to and from the procedure if they wish.

Also, Dr. Hoyle is one of a few doctors doing ambulatory phlebectomy. Dr Hoyle is a Board Certified member of the American College of Phlebology.
